Fat Grafting: Natural Volume From Your Own Fat
Fat grafting uses your own fat as the filler. Fat is taken from a donor area, processed until the cells are supermicro in size, and placed where the face or body has hollowed.

Fat grafting uses your own fat as the filler. Fat is taken from a donor area, processed until the cells are supermicro in size, and placed where the face or body has hollowed. Because the tissue is your own, the body accepts it as its own.
What it is for
Give volume to specific areas.
What happens in the procedure
Fat cells are harvested from another part of the body and processed with dedicated equipment down to supermicro size, which is what keeps the transferred cells alive. The processed fat is then placed in the target area.
How long it takes
1 to 1.5 hours.
Downtime
About one week.
After the procedure
- Do not rub or press the grafted area for at least one month.
Who it suits
Clients who want lasting volume in hollow or flat areas, and those who prefer their own tissue to synthetic filler.
Why clients choose Juneis for this
Juneis is a clinic in Seoul, and the way this procedure is done follows what Korean aesthetic surgery is known for: ultrasound and vibration cannulas for fat, work on the SMAS layer for the face, supermicro processing before a fat transfer, and RF sessions built into the recovery schedule. The check-up dates and garment rules above come from the clinic's own protocol for this procedure.
The specialist who plans your case is the one who performs it and sees you at every check-up. Your consultation, your procedure and your records stay between you and that medical team. Many of the clinic's international clients, including from Indonesia, come for exactly that reason.
Before you decide
Every procedure starts with a consultation, in person or remote, where the surgeon confirms whether you are a candidate and sets the plan. Read how to prepare before plastic surgery and what to do after, then contact the clinic on WhatsApp at +62 812-2790-7386 or through the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Is the result permanent?
The fat that survives the transfer stays. The supermicro processing exists to raise that survival rate, which is why the cells go through that preparation before they are placed.
Where does the fat come from?
From a donor area on your own body, chosen with the surgeon at consultation.
Why can't I touch the area for a month?
The transferred cells are establishing a blood supply. Rubbing or pressure in that period can damage them and reduce the volume that takes.
Can it be combined with a face lift or labiaplasty?
Yes. Fat grafting is used at Juneis to add volume alongside other procedures, including the labia majora in labiaplasty.
